Program Rules
Qualified Referral = A new family that books and pays for a tutoring package (minimum: Brainy Tutor – 3 Session Pack).
Self-referrals do not count. Referrers cannot refer themselves, immediate household members, or duplicate emails.
Rewards are delivered within 5 business days after the referred family’s qualifying purchase is confirmed.
Milestone rewards stack
— for example, if you hit 3 referrals, you’ll receive both the 1-referral and 3-referral prizes.
Campaign is open to
U.S. residents, ages 18+.
Brainy Tutor reserves the right to
modify or end the challenge at any time.
Who can join
Anyone 18+ — parents, teachers, tutors, friends, and community members. If you know a parent who might be interested in tutoring for their child, you can participate!
What counts as a referral
A parent books a Brainy Tutor trial via your unique referral link during the contest period.
Timeline
Runs from September 1 to September 31, 2025.
Winner
The participant with the most valid referrals wins. In the event of a tie, a random draw will decide the winner.
Fair play
Referrals must be genuine. No self-referrals, fake/duplicate emails, or automated sign-ups. Suspicious activity may result in disqualification.
Prize
$100 digital Visa gift card delivered within 7 days of winner verification.
